Technical Lead

Job Title: Lead Engineer Experience: 5+ Years Location: Bangalore (Onsite) Role Summary We are looking for a Lead Engineer with strong expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, proven experience in system design for scalable applications, and leadership capability to guide and mentor a development team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions, driving best practices, and ensuring efficient collaboration within the team. Key Responsibilities - Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications. - Work hands-on with the React/Next.js frontend stack. - Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js, Express.js, and TypeScript. - Design and optimize MySQL database schemas and queries. - Architect solutions for scalability, performance, and maintainability. - Guide and mentor team members, conducting code reviews and providing technical direction. - Manage and monitor project progress using tools like Git, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines. - Work with Azure/AWS cloud services for application hosting, scaling, and integration. Required Skills & Qualifications - 5+ years of professional software development experience. - Strong proficiency in React/Next.js, Node.js, Express.js, and TypeScript. - Solid understanding and practical experience with MySQL database design and optimization. - Proven experience in system design and architecture for scalable applications. - At least 1 year of team leadership or technical lead experience. - Hands-on experience with Git, Jira, and CI/CD workflows. - Experience working with Azure or AWS cloud environments. Preferred Soft Skills - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound technical decisions. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
