About the role
Quality Standards: Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards, procedures, and guidelines for products or processes. Inspections: Conduct inspections, audits, and tests to ensure that products or projects meet quality and compliance requirements. Quality Control: Monitor and control production or project processes to minimize defects and maintain quality standards. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and quality control measures. Defect Identification: Identify and report defects, non-conformities, or discrepancies, and work with teams to resolve issues. Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and analyze the root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements to maintain and enhance product or project quality. Training: Provide training to staff and teams on quality control and quality assurance best practices. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. Knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001). Familiarity with quality tools and techniques, such as Six Sigma or Lean. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
