In Merkle, a dentsu company, as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functional integrity of the marketing solutions implemented for clients across various industries. Act as a liaison between client marketing/business teams and Merkle design, development, and testing teams to drive solution requirements that align with client business goals and martech capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Own solution requirements gathering by collaborating with Merkle and client stakeholders. - Rationalize data, business, and process requirements to develop functional designs. - Ensure deployment of Merkle best practices, frameworks, and recommendations for informed decision-making. - Conduct data analysis to validate business and functional requirements. - Guide the implementation team on behalf of the client to ensure solution relevance and accuracy. - Assist in solution testing and user acceptance testing. - Contribute to the development of reusable assets, frameworks, and best practices. - Mentor team members to enhance skills and knowledge. Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience required. - 5 years of technology implementation experience in customer data management and marketing technology. - 5 years experience in documenting requirements for scope management, design, development, and testing. - Proficiency in Agile methodologies. - Knowledge of customer data integration and identity management concepts. - Hands-on experience with relational design concepts, data analysis, and SQL skills. - Strong customer service orientation, client management, communication, and presentation skills. - Critical thinking, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills. - Ability to adapt to various conditions, remain focused under pressure, and interact effectively with stakeholders. - Travel up to 25% may be required.
