Senior Applied AI / GenAI Specialist Theme: Scalable Systems & Technical Leadership Design and deliver scalable AI and GenAI systems combining ML models, LLMs, retrieval, orchestration, and data pipelines Lead solution design for complex, ambiguous problems where requirements and success criteria evolve Make architectural trade-offs across model selection, retrieval strategies, cost, latency, and scalability Drive solutions from proof-of-concept to production-grade systems used across multiple teams Act as a technical anchor for high-impact AI initiatives, guiding implementation without formal people management Ensure robustness, observability, and optimization of AI systems in real-world environments Location: Bangalore (preferred) YOE: 5–8 years
