Hiring: Flutter Tech Lead Experience: 7+ Years Location: Bangalore Work Mode:- Hybrid Notice Period: Immediate Joiners (Only immediate joiners & candidates serving notice period) We're looking for a passionate and experienced Flutter Tech Lead to join our team and drive the development of scalable, high-performance multi-platform applications across Desktop, iOS, and Android. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and architect scalable multi-platform applications using Flutter Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability Review code, user stories, and UX designs for technical feasibility Break down complex requirements into actionable development tasks Requirements 7–9 years of overall software development experience Strong hands-on experience in Flutter (Mobile + Desktop) Minimum 2 years of team leadership and mentoring experience Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines Must-Have Skills Flutter Development (Mobile + Desktop) Team Leadership & Technical Mentoring Scalable Application Architecture Skills:- Flutter, iOS App Development, CI/CD, Desktop and Mobile App Testing (QA)
