BIM Coordinator / Modeler

Job Summary We are looking for a skilled BIM Coordinator / Modeler with hands-on experience in developing and managing BIM models. The candidate will support project teams by ensuring accurate modeling, coordination, and timely delivery of project requirements. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain BIM models using Autodesk Revit Prepare detailed drawings and documentation using AutoCAD Coordinate with design and engineering teams to resolve clashes and design issues Assist in BIM coordination and ensure adherence to project standards Perform basic 3D modeling and visualization using SketchUp Update models based on design revisions and project requirements Ensure timely delivery of models and drawings Requirements Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering 2 - 5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler or Coordinator Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and basic SketchUp Good understanding of construction drawings and BIM workflows Strong attention to detail and coordination skills Company Location Desert Landscape India Private Limited Spectrum Business Centre, Kulshekar, Mangalore, Karnataka - 575005, India.
