About the role
We're assembling a lean, execution-first team to get our MVP off the ground in 30–45 days. Our front-end developer is already onboarded — now we're hiring a sharp, independent full-stack developer to handle everything from backend logic to APIs to admin and brand dashboards. What You'll Be Building You'll work directly with the founder and front-end dev to ship a fully functional MVP. Your responsibilities will include: Backend Architect and build backend system (Node.js or Firebase preferred) Set up database (PostgreSQL or Firebase) REST API layer for frontend integration User authentication (phone number / OTP-based) Creator-brand campaign workflows Submission logic and content approval statuses Wallet tracking and campaign-level earnings RazorpayX or Stripe integration for payouts Brand Dashboard (Web) Campaign creation form Campaign management panel Creator shortlisting and status tracking Submission review + feedback interface Campaign analytics (basic) Admin Panel (Internal) View/edit users, campaigns, submissions Approve/reject content Handle payouts manually (with logic hooks) Your Skillset Node.js + Express or Firebase Functions PostgreSQL, Firebase Realtime DB, or Firestore RESTful API development JWT authentication or Firebase Auth Razorpay or Stripe payout integration React.js/Next.js for dashboard (basic UI only) Clean code architecture, modularity, Git version control What We're Looking For You've built end-to-end systems solo or in a startup You write clear, scalable code and move fast You know how to secure APIs and protect user data You can take ownership and suggest smarter architecture if needed You're available full-time for the next 4–6 weeks (not moonlighting) To Apply Send the following to [[HIDDEN TEXT]] or DM us on LinkedIn: Portfolio or GitHub Project(s) you've built from scratch Expected project fee Earliest available start date A quick note on: What's your strongest strength in full-stack work Why You'll Love This Zero fluff — we're building only what's necessary You get full control of backend and infra decisions Fast build.
