About the internship: As a Landscape Architecture Intern at Design Consultants Architects, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in the industry while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced and creative environment. Your knowledge of AutoCAD and Google SketchUp will be put to the test as you assist with various design projects and contribute innovative ideas to our team. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist with creating detailed landscape plans using AutoCAD and Google SketchUp. 2. Collaborate with senior landscape architects to develop creative design concepts. 3. Conduct research on materials, plants, and sustainable design practices. 4. Attend client meetings and presentations to gain insight into the design process. 5. Assist with site visits and fieldwork to gather data for project analysis. 6. Prepare presentations and graphics for client proposals and design reviews. 7. Participate in team brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to project development.
