Junior Design Architect

In this role at Design Factory India, as a Junior Architect based in Noida, you will be responsible for supporting senior team members in developing design concepts, preparing drawings, and producing 2D and 3D visualizations for architecture and interior projects. Your daily tasks will include assisting with design development, preparing presentation materials, coordinating with consultants, and contributing to project documentation and detail drawings. You will also be involved in site visits, basic site supervision, and tracking design changes to ensure that built work aligns with approved plans. Additionally, you will assist with material research, drafting reports, and maintaining organized project files to support smooth project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Support senior team members in developing design concepts - Prepare drawings and produce 2D and 3D visualizations - Assist with design development and preparing presentation materials - Coordinate with consultants and contribute to project documentation and detail drawings - Conduct site visits, basic site supervision, and track design changes - Help with material research, drafting reports, and maintain organized project files Qualifications Required: - Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design - Familiarity with Software Development and Integration concepts related to digital design tools - Basic Project Management capabilities - Bachelors degree in Architecture or an equivalent professional qualification - Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite) - Good understanding of building materials, construction details, and local codes or willingness to learn quickly - Demonstrated portfolio showcasing academic or professional projects reflecting user-centered design.
