Design and Planning Architect

As an Architect / interior designer / 3D visualizer at Design Lyric, established in 2005 and based in Redmond, Washington, you will be responsible for designing and planning architectural projects, creating detailed project plans, and managing various stages of design and construction. Your role will involve collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, overseeing the integration of architectural elements, and ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities: - Proficiency in Architect / interior designer / 3D visualizer, including architectural methodologies and techniques - Experience in Architectural Design with attention to detail and creative spatial development - Strong capabilities in Project Management to oversee timelines, resources, and deliverables - Understanding of Software Development and Integration relevant to architecture and design tools - An eye for sustainable design and experience in implementing eco-friendly practices is preferred Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field - Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar programs - Freshers and interns can also apply In terms of work culture at Design Lyric, ownership, initiative, accountability, and self-motivation are highly valued.
