About the role
Lead mechanical R&D activities for new product development and product improvement. Design and develop pumps, motors, and mechanical components. Prepare and review engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical documents. Conduct product testing.Strong knowledge of submersible pump design and development. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, or similar CAD software. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, GD&T, and engineering standards.
