Job Description : Roles and Responsibilities : - Candidates should have hands-on experience with automation frameworks like Playwright. - Candidates should have strong programming fundamentals, as this role requires hands-on scripting and problem-solving - Understand business requirements and product features thoroughly to effectively define and achieve quality goals. - Execute manual tests to evaluate software usability, identify issues, errors, and bugs, and provide detailed reports to the development teams - Analyze test results and report the impact of identified defects and usability concerns, collaborating closely with development teams to coordinate bug fixes and prevent the recurrence of issues. - Foster effective communication between the QA team, development teams, and stakeholders, ensuring transparency in test findings and project progress. - Manage test activities with a sense of urgency and accuracy, ensuring project timelines are met and the testing process aligns with project goals. - Continuously improve testing processes, identify opportunities to enhance quality assurance procedures, and implement best practices in testing methodologies. - Oversee the creation and maintenance of automated test scripts, ensuring the efficiency and reliability of automated testing procedures. Skills and Requirements : - Proficient in analytical and logical thinking, with a keen eye for detail. Knowledge of at least one programming language is needed, such as Java or Typescript/Javascript. - Excellent communication and articulation skills are essential, along with strong coordination abilities with team members and stakeholders. - Experience working productively and efficiently in an agile development environment, understanding Agile methodologies and associated processes. - Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
