About DESRI DESRI (formerly D. E. Shaw Renewable Investments) is a market-leading owner and operator of renewable energy projects throughout the United States. We have acquired or developed approximately 11.9 gigawatts of contracted capacity across a portfolio of over 80 renewable energy projects in 24 states. DESRI is run by a dynamic team with offices located at New York, Denver, and Hyderabad (India). We are looking for a resourceful and driven professional to join DESRI, based out of the firms Hyderabad, India office. The successful candidate will be a part of a small, inclusive, highly skilled team responsible for supporting DESRIs portfolio of wind, solar and battery projects in an agile environment that values collaboration, thoughtful problem solving, and attention to detail. What Youll Do Day-to-day Administer and support Sitetracker (Salesforce platform), including objects, flows/workflows, permissions, reports, and dashboardsManage and enhance in-house business applications, ensuring reliable data flows, reporting, and user experienceDesign, build, and maintain system integrations (APIs, data pipelines) across Sitetracker, in-house business applications, and other enterprise systemsPartner with business teams (development, construction, asset management) to translate requirements into system solutionsEnsure data integrity and consistency across platforms through monitoring, validation, and governanceTroubleshoot issues, manage incidents, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendorsDrive process improvements and automation initiatives across platformsMaintain documentation of system configurations, integrations, and workflows Who Were Looking For Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field46 years of experience in Salesforce Administration, Business Applications, or platform support rolesStrong hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration, including objects, flows, security models, and reporting; Salesforce certification is required.Experience working with or supporting Sitetracker or similar project/asset management platformsProven experience with API-based integrations, Middlewares, REST APIs, JSON, and system interoperabilityWorking knowledge of data pipelines and integration patternsBasic proficiency in SQL and/or Python for data analysis and troubleshootingExperience supporting or working with in-house or custom-built business applicationsStrong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple prioritiesEffective communicator with the ability to work across technical and business stakeholdersPrior experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or project-driven environments is a plus .
