HIL Test Engineer (Software & Hardware Integration)

Skill set

• dSpace Controldesk, configuration desk, RTI blocksets - MATLAB Simulink, dSpace simulator IO setup & debug hardware issues, CAN, LIN and Ethernet

• Domain knowledge

• Automotive systems and components, Strong knowledge on Powertrain & types, dSpace tools, Exposure to Continuous integration process; Knowledge on MIL and SIL testing environment.

• Job Description

• Maintain the HIL rig; Build and commission new HIL based on specification.

• Ability to do wiring and HIL adaptation.

• Experience in MultiECU configuration and setup dspace scalexio HIL simulator.

• Load design based on component specification.

• Provide consultation on HIL Migration.

• Perform I/O integrity testing, SW and HW testing and validation in HIL setup.
