Client Reporting Specialist - AVP

As an AVP (Python Developer) at DWS, you will be a part of the Global Reporting & Performance Measurement department within the COO function. Your role will involve the analysis, development, and production of complex customer reports, inquiries, and related activities. You will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between functional teams, sharing knowledge, and enhancing process and performance efficiency. Building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external parties, especially for time-sensitive, complex, or regulatory tasks, will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Record, conduct feasibility checks, analyze, and implement new reporting requirements - Support and represent the Client Reporting department in projects - Collaborate with front office areas to further develop existing and new reports - Analyze and develop Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) reports - Handle inquiries and complaints from clients and internal departments - Perform data analysis for feasibility studies and functional specification of new reports - Build and maintain relationships with internal clients, acting as a point of contact within the operations function team, particularly for time-sensitive or complex tasks Qualifications Required: - Excellent knowledge of MS Excel VBA - Strong Knowledge of Python, proficiency in SQL, and mastery of data structures - Exposure to Investment reporting/Banking (Finance) background - Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Access - High level of initiative, independent and structured working style - Understanding of Asset Management Operations is preferred - Good understanding of process SLAs/KPIs and experience in stakeholder handling - Ability to work under tight deadlines - Knowledge & usage of applications like Aladdin, Bloomberg would be an added advantage - Accounting/Finance knowledge would be an added advantage - Ability to analyze data to determine the root cause of problems - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to take ownership, prioritize work, and manage time effectively - Sound MS Office skills, particularly in MS Excel & Access - Result-oriented, motivate team members, retain top talent, and development etc - Team-player and Flexibility in working hours - Excellent team skills and social competence - Comprehensive expertise in securities and derivatives as well as solid knowledge of risk and performance metrics is preferred Join DWS, a leading global company promoting responsible investing and innovation.
