As an Intern at Deutsche Bank in the F2B Transformation, CB IB Operations & Control division, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to delivering superior financial solutions to clients by focusing on various initiatives to support the management board's priorities. Your role will involve enhancing controls, supporting client strategy, driving future front-to-back models, and building relationships with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Be involved in establishing centers of excellence for process re-engineering, automation, and data analytics. - Analyze data to build repeatable/reusable assets and drive business outcomes by creating robust data models and joining fragmented data sets. - Execute target operating model strategies for key operational processes, including system architecture, process controls, and location strategy. - Collaborate with functional leads and teams to execute front-to-back transformation aimed at improving client experience, risk management capabilities, and driving efficiency. - Partner in delivering global process change ensuring change management is completed in a controlled and robust manner with rigorous testing and adherence to business resiliency, audit, and regulatory standards. Skills and Experience: - Data analysis & modeling skillset, including building repeatable/reusable assets and driving business outcomes. - Proficiency in tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, as well as traditional technical skillsets like SQL database knowledge. - Basic understanding of data security on public cloud and data quality dimensions. - Hands-on business and systems knowledge in a regulatory delivery setting. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, analytical skills, and communication. - Critical problem-solving skills and the ability to think tactically. Education/Certification/Skills: - Graduates in Maths/Stats/Econometrics or Engineers.
