DevOps Engineer CI/CD

Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer with a strong focus on CI/CD to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain robust and scalable CI/CD pipelines, enabling rapid and reliable software delivery. You will leverage expertise in automation, containerization, and cloud platforms to streamline development workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and foster a culture of continuous integration and continuous deployment. ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain advanced CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Ansible, TeamCity, and Urban Code Deploy (UCD).Integrate and manage development platforms including BitBucket, Artifactory, Confluence, and Jira to ensure seamless collaboration and traceability.Develop and manage infrastructure using Terraform for consistent, repeatable, and scalable environment provisioning.Implement and manage Docker containerization strategies, including Dockerfile and Helm charts, and orchestrate containerized applications using Kubernetes across GCP, Azure, and AWS.Develop custom Airflow (Cloud Composer) operators and DAG generation logic using Python.Apply strong scripting skills (Python, Shell scripting) to automate routine tasks and improve pipeline efficiency.Implement VPC Service Controls and granular IAM policies to secure data in Google Cloud Storage and BigQuery.Perform performance tuning for Dataproc and BigQuery, and maintain Airflow environments.Apply knowledge of software development processes, models, and methodologies to optimize workflows and drive continuous improvement.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.Deep technical proficiency in at least one core programming language (Java, JavaScript/NodeJS/TypeScript, Python, Shell).Extensive experience with automation tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab, Ansible, UCD, and TeamCity.Proven experience with development platforms including BitBucket, Artifactory, Confluence, and Jira.Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Dockerfiles, Helms, and cloud orchestration across GCP, Azure, and AWS.Handson experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as GKE, Cloud Run, Dataproc, and BigQuery.Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code with Terraform.Strong scripting abilities in Python and Shell.Proficiency in spoken and written English.BenefitsBest-in-class leave policy and gender-neutral parental leave.100% reimbursement for childcare assistance (gender-neutral).Sponsorship for industry-relevant certifications and education.Employee Assistance Program for employees and family members.Comprehensive hospitalization insurance for employees and dependents.Accident and term life insurance.Complementary health screening for employees 35 years and older.Training and development opportunities and coaching from senior team members.Culture of continuous learning and flexible benefits.Equal Employment OpportunityWe welcome applications from all people and promote a positive, fair and inclusive work workplace. .
