Role Overview: HR IT, a global technology group of Deutsche Banks technology organization, is responsible for all Human Resources IT services and ensures that all HR services and Products are delivered in high quality. Key Responsibilities: - Develop source code for all Software Components in accordance with Detailed Software Requirements specification, functional design, and technical design document - Verify developed source code through reviews (4-eyes principle) and writing unit and functional tests for quality assurance - Implement architectural changes defined by Architects and provide Level 3 support for technical infrastructure components - Contribute to problem and root cause analysis, and verify integrated software components through unit and integrated software testing - Ensure code changes are documented in Change Items (CIs) and develop routines for CI deployment to target environments - Provide Release Deployments on non-Production Management controlled environments and support the creation of Software Product Training Materials - Manage maintenance of applications, perform technical change requests, fix software defects/bugs, and collaborate with colleagues in SDLC stages - Identify dependencies between software product components, technical components, applications, and interfaces Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of experience in software development - Experience with Agile methodologies and designing complex Enterprise applications - Core Java experience with knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns - Understanding of cloud and Platform as a service offerings - Familiarity with modern SDLC tools like Git, JIRA, Artifactory, Jenkins/TeamCity, Open Shift - Experience in Test Driven Development, SOAP or REST Services, and strong analytical and communication skills - Ability to keep pace with technical innovation Additional Company Details: DWS is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces dialogue and diverse views, treating everyone fairly to drive a high-performance culture.
