Senior Solution Architect, AVP Position Overview Job Title: Senior Solution Architect Location: Pune, India Corporate Title: AVP Role Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to design, define, and deliver scalable, secure, and highperforming technology solutions that align with business objectives. In this role, you will act as a strategic technical leader-bridging business needs and technology capabilities, guiding architectural decisions, and mentoring teams across the organization. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across product, engineering, security, and business teams to ensure solutions are robust, costeffective, and futureready. Communicate complex and broad range of information pertaining to the solution and roadmap clearly and appropriately, catered to for different levels (Managing Director to junior developers) and functions (Change The Bank, Run The Bank, Business management, EA, development teams, etc), both within IT and the business Getting consensus on the solution and roadmap, ensuring buy-in to the proposed architecture by all stakeholders Producing relevant artefacts including architecture blueprints, decision logs and technical solution documents Determining the non-functional requirements such as data volumes, through put performance, data retention requirements, authorization/authentication, etc in order to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, robust, allow for agile change and meet any project Service Level Agreement's and regulatory requirements Participating in and leading design workshops.
