About the role
As a Tester/Automation at Deutsche Bank, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of Squad deliverables by testing new features with an end-to-end business view. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with business stakeholders, conducting technical analysis, designing robust solutions, and implementing test automation tools to achieve end-to-end testing. You will also drive test environment setup, test data creation, and quality through the SDLC lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather process automation requirements - Conduct technical analysis and feasibility study on requirements - Write test cases based on complete business flow/acceptance criteria - Design a robust solution and implementation plan - Research and conduct POCs on JavaScript libraries when required - Develop and maintain scripts, create new utilities if necessary - Test scripts and record test results - Demonstrate progress with business stakeholders - Update Agile team management tools (JIRA/Confluence) - Document the entire project implementation - Attend Squad ceremonies and participate in quality reviews Your Skills And Experience: - Knowledge in Banking/Finance Domain and Functional test preparation & execution (Minimum 5 years) - Experience in JavaScript scripting language - Basic understanding of web fundamentals such as HTML, CSS - Hands-on experience with Test Management/test planning activities - Knowledge and experience with Agile techniques - Familiarity with testing automation frameworks and tools - Proficiency in Agile Team management tools (JIRA, Confluence) - Excellent analytical, technical, and communication skills - Experience with distributed/multi-locations teams - Comfortable working in multi-disciplinary, self-organised teams As part of Deutsche Bank's flexible scheme, you will enjoy benefits such as Best in class leave policy, Gender-neutral parental leaves, 100% reimbursement under child care assistance benefit, Flexible working arrangements, and more.
