UI Designer, AVP

Role Overview: Our Corporate Bank Technology team at Deutsche Bank is seeking a talented UI Designer to join our global team in Pune, India. As part of a diverse and international team, you will work within a cross-functional agile delivery team, focusing on software development using the latest technologies. Your role will involve collaborating with the design team, developing design ideas, creating UI solutions, and contributing to UX design strategy discussions. Key Responsibilities: - Work and deliver designs within a fast-paced environment - Visually communicate ideas effectively to the design team and stakeholders - Collaborate with the Design team in the UK - Develop and evolve existing design ideas - Contribute to UX design strategy discussions - Create wireframes, high-fidelity mock-ups, sketches, flows, & prototypes for Web & Mobile platforms Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of design hands-on experience in Visual, UX, UI, and Brand - Expertise in Design System creation and implementation - Proficiency in Figma (Adobe XD, Sketch are a plus) and Adobe Create Suite - Working knowledge of Invision, Marvel, and other prototyping tools - Cross-platform experience ensuring consistency and scalability - Troubleshooting and analytical skills - Experience with Bootstrap - Experience in a Start-Up environment is advantageous Additional Company Details: Deutsche Bank's Corporate Bank division is a leading provider of cash management, trade finance, and securities finance.
