Leading Associate Vice President - Product Owner - CMDB & Asset Management-25882

Role Overview: As a Product Owner at Deutsche Brse Group, your main responsibility will be to lead the topic of CMDB, Configuration, and Asset Management in the IT Service & Asset Management (IT SAM) capabilities. You will play a crucial role in the digital transformation of the organization by driving the implementation and evolution of the new central platform. Your focus will be on transitioning from a legacy, process-heavy environment to a modern, cloud-native, and service-oriented model. Key Responsibilities: - Define and champion a clear product vision for IT Service and Asset Management, translating strategic goals into a prioritized, value-driven product backlog. - Balance business needs with governance requirements to ensure effective services are built. - Guide the Agile development team by breaking down features into clear user stories, defining objectives, and ensuring work aligns with priorities. - Own the strategy for product adoption to maximize the value of the new platform. - Act as the central point of contact between senior stakeholders, business users, and the development team to align everyone on the product roadmap. - Manage JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint, organize program meetings, and contribute to program communication content and channels. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in a large-scale, enterprise Agile environment. - Strong expertise in IT Configuration, IT Asset Management, and IT Service Management processes with a deep understanding of CMDB data. - Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing enterprise SaaS solutions, with ServiceNow experience being an advantage. - Strategic thinker with a focus on customer needs and delivering business value. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. - Experience working in the financial services industry or another highly regulated environment is desirable. - Proficiency in written and spoken English is required, while basic German is a plus.
