Design, develop, and deploy Java applications and framework components including web applications, services, and executable modules Research and evaluate third-party libraries , frameworks, and solution options to determine the optimal architecture for specific problems Conduct code reviews for team members and peers to ensure quality and consistency in development Mentor and train junior Java developers, providing technical guidance and support Troubleshoot and resolve development and deployment issues across web applications, services , and batch applications Take ownership of deployment activities across non-production and production environments for batch jobs, RESTful services, and web applications Prepare detailed design documentation and integration documents for third-party and partner system interactions Actively participate in performance appraisals and provide structured feedback for team members Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment across the software development lifecycle
