Head of Digitisation - NBFC

Key Responsibilities: Lead the digitisation and technology transformation roadmap across the NBFC's operations Work directly with the promoters to align digital strategy with overall business objectives Drive large-scale change management initiatives across various departments and units Advise on and implement IT architecture, core platforms, and customer-facing technology Evaluate and introduce automation, data analytics, and AI/ML tools into financial operations Collaborate with external consultants, fintech partners, and technology vendors Ensure stakeholder buy-in, adoption, and capability building at all levels Benchmark global fintech practices and apply relevant strategies locally
