Lead and guide cross-functional software teams with a focus on innovation, performance, and agility Provide software architecture guidance and own end-to-end technical design and execution Translate creative inputs from media designers into clear, actionable technical tasks Drive the development of cutting-edge systems, especially in real-time computer graphics and online authoring platforms Collaborate with product, design, and engineering stakeholders to conceptualize and deliver scalable and robust solutions Utilize and integrate multiple JavaScript libraries and frameworks to deliver responsive, interactive applications Work hands-on with online authoring suites such as Canvas.com, Draw.io, Sketchfab, Spark.adobe.com , or similar tools Take charge of solving complex technical challenges and turning around underperforming teams or projects Champion innovative technologies beyond traditional web/database development
