UI/UX Designer

Role & Responsibilities Lead end-to-end design for feature launches and product iterations from user research & wireframing to pixel-perfect UI handoff and usability testing. Translate complex workflows into intuitive, visually cohesive interfaces that align with brand identity and usability best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to define user journeys, prioritize design debt, and validate hypotheses through A/B tests. Design and maintain scalable component libraries and design tokens in Figma to ensure consistency across platforms and reduce dev handoff friction. Conduct user interviews, heuristic evaluations, and competitive analysis to inform data-driven design decisions and improve conversion metrics. Present design rationale to stakeholders with clarity, backed by user insights, design principles, and business impact.
