QA Leader

About the Role: We are hiring a QA Leader to own and elevate the quality strategy across distributed engineering teams. You'll lead 50+ QA engineers and drive next-gen test engineering using AI-led automation and data-driven strategies. Define and implement an advanced QA strategy focused on coverage, cost-effectiveness, and intelligent automation. Foster a high-performance QA culture across functional, automation, and AI testing. Collaborate with Dev, Product, and DevOps teams to embed QA in the SDLC. Lead implementation of self-healing tests, predictive defect detection, and smart dashboards. Maintain technical credibility: guide frameworks, review code, and resolve quality challenges. Mentor and grow future QA leaders within the team. 10+ years in QA with 3-5 years leading large-scale QA teams (50+). Hands-on with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, performance/security testing. Strong understanding of CI/CD and QA in cloud-native architecture. Deep interest in QA innovation through AI/ML. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
