Software Engineer - Full Stack Java (Entry Level)

Eficens Systems Inc is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented entry-level Full Stack Java Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be involved in building end-to-end web-based applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern frontend technologies. This position is ideal for a candidate eager to learn enterprise software development and delivery processes while contributing meaningfully to real-world projects. Assist in the design and development of scalable and secure web applications using Java and Spring Boot. Collaborate with senior engineers to build user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React. Participate in coding, testing, debugging, and documentation of application components. Support integration with backend APIs and third-party services. Follow best practices for secure and maintainable code. Engage in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and stand-ups. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any STEM or related discipline including Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or equivalent. Academic or project exposure to Java and Spring Framework. Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Basic understanding of REST APIs, version control (Git), and databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
