Product Designer, Director

Role Overview: At DevRev, as a senior level individual, you play a dual role of being a maker and a leader. Qualifications Required: - Possess 14+ years of experience in product design. - Demonstrate deep expertise in design craft, systems thinking, and strategic planning. - Showcase a track record of driving business impact through design excellence. - Have prior experience in building and nurturing high-performing design teams. - Exhibit strong thought leadership skills and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. - Show exceptional communication abilities from interacting with designers to executives.
