About the role
Role & Responsibilities: Manage, integrate, and provide ongoing support for monitoring tools (such as Pandora FMS) across cloud and on-premises infrastructure, including application performance and availability monitoring. Design, deploy, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure. Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM, etc.). Monitor cloud systems to ensure availability, performance. Optimize cloud usage and reduce operational costs. Manage cloud security, IAM policies, networking, and compliance standards. Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues. Set up SNMP, WMI, agents, and API-based monitoring. Collaborate with DevOps, development, and security teams. Perform backup, disaster recovery planning, and system upgrades. Required Skills: AWS services with DevOps mindset. • Linux administration fundamentals. • Understanding of networking concepts. • Strong hands-on with monitoring tools. • Understanding of the AWS architectural principles. • Hands-on experience on RDS (MySQL, Oracle and SQL Server). • Strong hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog and New Relic; experience with Pandora FMS is preferred. • Strong understanding of network technologies related to VLAN, SNMP, NetFlow, routing, firewalls. • Basic scripting knowledge (Bash/Python). • Knowledge of Azure/GCP is plus.
