About the role
As an IT Systems Analyst Atlassian Cloud at Dedalus, you will be a part of a team dedicated to making healthcare safer, better, and more reliable. Your role will involve supporting change management projects and utilizing information technology to solve business problems. You will collaborate across departments, driving organizational improvements, designing systems, and training others to effectively use information systems. Key Responsibilities: - Support change management projects and address business challenges. - Act as a change agent by identifying improvements, designing systems, and training stakeholders. - Administer, configure, and enhance the global Atlassian Cloud toolstack (Jira, Confluence) for optimal scalability and migration. - Implement new use cases within Atlassian Jira, including requirements analysis and end-user training. - Provide 1st and 2nd level support for Atlassian tools and related services. Qualifications: - Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira / Confluence) as an end user or Atlassian Cloud administration. - Understanding of IT Infrastructure and IT Services. - Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and project lifecycle phases. - Knowledge of Agile development practices like Scrum and Kanban. - Experience with the Jira REST API, Python, SQL, REST, and Git. - Ability to design, develop, deliver, and manage process implementations and associated trainings. - Ownership of projects to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of outcomes.
