About the role
Roles and Responsibilities Manage site operations, including civil engineering tasks such as building construction, road works, and other infrastructure projects. Oversee labor control and management to ensure efficient project execution. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment on the site. Coordinate with contractors and vendors to resolve issues related to material procurement and quality control. Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions. Desired Candidate Profile 4-9 years of experience in civil site engineering or similar field. Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, including building construction methods and materials science. Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with contractors, vendors, and team members.
