ERP Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central - DR Congo, Africa

Location: Democratic Republic of Congo (DR Congo), Africa Industry: Retail / Supermarket Chain Experience: 2 to 3 Years Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field Age Criteria: Up to 30 Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced ERP Support Executive Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (L1/L2 Support) to support retail operations across our supermarket chain in DR Congo. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, retail processes, POS systems, inventory management, and ERP support. Key Responsibilities Provide L1/L2 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in a retail environment. Troubleshoot issues related to POS, sales transactions, item pricing, discounts, and promotions. Resolve inventory-related issues including stock mismatches, item tracking, and replenishment. Support POS integrations and store-level operational issues. Perform minor customizations and enhancements using AL Development. Modify and maintain reports such as Sales Invoices, POS Receipts, and Inventory Reports using RDLC/Word layouts. Write and optimize SQL queries for data correction, reporting, and analysis. Assist with data uploads, migrations, and reconciliation activities. Coordinate with L3 support teams for complex issues, bug fixes, and system enhancements. Ensure smooth day-to-day ERP operations across retail stores.
