Job Description: Urgent Requirment:- NPD 1)GDNT 2)Product Feasibility 3)Knowledge of Machining Feasibilty,Tooling & Fixtures 4)Process Validation 5)APQP Development Experience :- 10 to 15 Years in Production (Automobile Manufacturing Industry prefer) Location :-odhav He will Report to Plant Head APQP Development - Conduct feasibility study for manufacturing and testing and identify resource requirement Iterations till Product handover to PE Capex to WCR [PROTO] - Follow APQP guidelines during proto development and ensure target dates for sample submission. Customer Satisfaction specifically on quality and timely response Tooling GIRN to WCR - Identify suitable Tool and Dies makers, Prepare time plan for all parts after getting proto approval from NPD, Submit PPAP documents to customer after verification. Learn new technics in design of product, tools and dies for continuous improvement in product performance and cost optimization. .
