As a Salesforce Software Engineer/Senior Software Engineer, your role involves working on designing, building, and maintaining scalable applications and services on Service Cloud and Field Service. You will focus on deploying advanced programmatic solutions (Apex, LWC) and building robust integrations with internal systems and complex automation flows. Your responsibilities include: - Developing, testing, and deploying high-quality programmatic solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce metadata API. - Designing and managing scalable automation using advanced Salesforce Flows and Flow Orchestrator, ensuring robust error handling and fault-path logic. - Building and maintaining secure integrations between Salesforce and internal systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, and middleware such as Apigee or MuleSoft. - Collaborating with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions within the Service Cloud and Field Service ecosystems. - Contributing to the DevOps process, utilizing SF CLI, Git, and CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments and identify bottlenecks or improvements in the software development lifecycle. Qualifications required for this role: - 5+ years of professional experience in Salesforce development. - Advanced proficiency in Apex programming, including asynchronous processing and Apex frameworks. - Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and modern JavaScript (ES6+), focusing on building performant and responsive user interfaces. - Strong experience with Salesforce Flow, including the design of complex Orchestrations, Screen Flows, and Autolaunched Flows with robust fault-handling. - Knowledge of GCP-Salesforce Interoperability, specifically using Pub/Sub or Event Relay to handle event-driven architectures and Cloud Run for off-platform processing. - Understanding of Data Modeling and Security, including SOQL/SOSL optimization for Large Data Volumes, Shield Encryption, and complex Sharing Models. - Proficiency in Salesforce DevOps, using SF (Salesforce CLI) and version control with GitHub, including managing CI/CD pipelines and scratch org strategies. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using Jira and Confluence to track sprints and document technical debt. - Soft Skills: Proactive attitude with the ability to translate business requirements from stakeholders into scalable technical designs, maintaining a strong focus on code quality and mentorship.
