Roles & Responsibility Engage with prospects and clients to understand their business needs and requirements. Conduct requirement-gathering calls and demo sessions to gather detailed information. Create detailed proposals and fit gap analyses to outline project scopes. Prepare comprehensive business catalogues to document processes and requirements. Work closely with the sales team to support pre-sales activities. Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth implementation and integration of solutions. Knowledge of procurement, sales, manufacturing, trade & distribution processes to provide insights and recommendations. Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, prospects, and internal teams. Ensure all stakeholders are kept informed of project progress and developments. Requirements Understanding of industrial and distribution operations. Understanding of procurement, sales, manufacturing, trade, and distribution processes. Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in creating detailed documentation such as proposals, fit-gap analyses, and business catalogues. Ability to conduct requirement-gathering calls and demo sessions effectively.
