Roles & Responsibility Hardware Troubleshooting Software Deployment Troubleshooting & Patching Network Connectivity Support Security & Compliances Inventory & Asset Management
Technical Requirements Strong knowledge of Windows platform troubleshooting , including desktop and server environments. Experience handling Antivirus Server, File Server, Active Directory (AD), and DNS configuration & troubleshooting . Basic understanding of computer hardware and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, networking devices, etc.). Working knowledge of system monitoring and routine maintenance . Basic knowledge of Linux operating system and related commands.
Skills Required
Strong troubleshooting skills on Windows platforms (desktop and server environments). Hands-on experience with Antivirus Server, File Server management, Active Directory (AD), and DNS configuration . Basic knowledge of computer hardware and peripheral devices (desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, etc.). Understanding of system installation, configuration, and routine maintenance. Basic working knowledge of Linux operating system and common commands. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to handle user support queries effectively.
