About the role
Title: Information Technology Support Specialist Location: India (Remote) Employment Type: Part-Time Compensation: INR 25,000 per month : Diatom Technologies is looking for an IT Support & Web Developer to join us on a part time, remote basis. This role covers day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting alongside website and web application development, so we need someone comfortable wearing both hats. Key responsibilities Handle general IT support requests software issues, system access, connectivity problems, basic troubleshooting Design, build, and maintain websites and web applications Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and common frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js) Support integration of third-party tools, APIs, and plugins as needed Assist with email, hosting, domain, and basic server-related issues Respond to and resolve ad hoc technical/IT queries from the team or clients Requirements: Experience in both web development and general IT support/troubleshooting Familiarity with modern web technologies and frameworks Comfortable handling a mix of routine IT issues and development tasks Ability to work independently in a remote, part time setup Strong communication skills This is a part-time remote prospect for someone who can be a reliable all-rounder handling everyday IT issues while also contributing to web development work .
