Scala Engineer

As a Digital Solutions Developer at our company, you will be responsible for designing and developing digital solutions. You will also develop software solutions, perform unit testing and test-driven development (TDD), and troubleshoot and resolve technical problems. Additionally, you will design, maintain, and support cloud infrastructure while collaborating with internal and external departments to accomplish various tasks and projects. Key Responsibilities: - Designing and developing digital solutions - Developing software solutions - Performing unit testing and test-driven development (TDD) - Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems - Designing, maintaining, and supporting cloud infrastructure - Collaborating with internal and external departments Qualifications Required: - Functional programming experience using Scala is required - Backend development experience is preferred - Search engine, indexing, and full-text search experience is preferred - Experience with and/or knowledge of AWS Cloud is required In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related degree, or equivalent experience and training. You must also have 3-5 years of Scala and Java programming experience, as well as 3-5 years of integration and implementation experience.
