About the role
Diensten Tech Limited is looking for Sr. Technical Test Lead to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications, systems, and products Identify, document, and prioritize defects, issues, and risks Analyze and report on test results, including defects, bugs, and performance issues Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and ensure that defects are fixed in a timely manner Ensure that testing activities are aligned with project timelines and objectives Provide guidance and support to other members of the testing team Create and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts Identify opportunities to improve testing processes and methodologies Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and automation frameworks Familiarity with agile development methodologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills
