In this role, you will contribute to designing features, workflows, and interfaces that help customers accomplish their goals efficiently and confidently. Youll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners while contributing across multiple stages of the product design process, including discovery, interaction design, prototyping, and design systems work. What you will do Contribute to the design of user experiences features, from early concepts through implementationCollaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate requirements into intuitive design solutionsAssist in user research efforts, including gathering insights and helping synthesize findingsCreate wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideasApply user-centered design principles to improve usability and clarity of complex workflowsSupport the evolution and adoption of design systems and patternsIncorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs accordinglyUse data and feedback to refine and improve user experiences What you will have 2+ years of experience in UX, product, or interaction design (including internships or relevant coursework)Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma or similarFoundational understanding of user-centered design and usability principlesAbility to communicate design ideas clearly through visuals and presentationsWillingness to learn and grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environmentBasic experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, etc.)Experience with AI based design tools and confidence experimenting with emerging AI technologies Nice to have Experience designing for enterprise or SaaS productsExperience working on complex workflows or technical domains (e.g., security, infrastructure, or IT tools)Familiarity with analytics and data-informed design approachesExperience contributing to or scaling a design systemBasic understanding of front-end development and responsive design Benefits Generous time off policiesTop shelf benefitsEducation, wellness and lifestyle supportTo protect candidate information and maintain a secure hiring process, all applications must be submitted through our careers portal.
