React Native Developer

Role Description We are looking for a Mobile Application Developer (React Native) with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Vadodara. This is a full-time, on-site role. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in developing high-quality cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS using React Native. You will be responsible for building scalable, user-centric applications, integrating APIs and third-party services, optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust mobile solutions. A strong understanding of mobile application architecture, clean coding practices, and excellent English communication skills are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile applications using React Native for both Android and iOS platforms. Build responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly mobile interfaces while optimizing application performance across various devices. Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and backend services into mobile applications. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions. Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code following industry best practices. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues to ensure smooth functionality and reliability. Implement and manage state management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API. Conduct unit, integration, and device testing to ensure application quality and stability. Understand project requirements, provide effort estimations, and plan development tasks for timely delivery. Develop and maintain features such as push notifications, deep linking, and in-app purchases . Follow mobile application security best practices to build secure and reliable applications. Utilize AI-powered development tools such as Cursor and Claude Code to improve development efficiency, debugging, code quality, and documentation. Stay updated with the latest mobile technologies, frameworks, and best practices to continuously improve application performance and development processes. Qualifications 3-4 years of hands-on experience in React Native mobile application development. Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and the React Native ecosystem. Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services. Solid understanding of mobile application architecture, performance optimization, and offline storage. Familiarity with native development tools such as Xcode and Android Studio. Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Good to Have Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS or Firebase for backend integration. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for mobile application deployment. Experience with Google Play Store and Apple App Store submission processes. Experience mentoring junior developers or leading small project teams.
