Job Title: ERP Manager Location: Bangalore Experience: 3-10 Years Location:- Brindavan Nagar, HBR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka. Salary: 35,000 70,000 per month (Based on experience) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced ERP Manager to lead the implementation, customization, optimization, and support of the organization's ERP system. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing the complete ERP implementation lifecycle and possess strong functional and technical knowledge of ERP solutions. Candidates with prior experience in the Real Estate industry will be given preference. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, from requirement gathering through deployment, go-live, and post-implementation support. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions. Configure, customize, and manage ERP modules including Finance, Procurement, Inventory, HR, Sales, and CRM. Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and implementation partners to ensure timely project delivery. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshoot system issues, and ensure timely resolution. Plan and execute data migration, system integration, and validation activities. Monitor ERP system performance and recommend enhancements to improve business efficiency. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, process documentation, SOPs, and user manuals. Conduct end-user training sessions and ensure smooth adoption of ERP applications across departments. Manage ERP upgrades, patches, enhancements, and system maintenance. Ensure system security, data accuracy, and compliance with organizational standards. Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes using ERP solutions. Required Skills Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP ERP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo , or similar platforms. Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and complete implementation lifecycle. Knowledge of Finance, Procurement, Inventory, HR, Sales, and Supply Chain business processes. Good knowledge of SQL, data migration, reporting, and system integration. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination abilities. Experience in cloud-based ERP solutions will be an added advantage. Educational Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or ERP Certification will be preferred. Preferred Experience 4-10 years of relevant experience in ERP Implementation, ERP Management, or ERP Functional Consulting. Must have experience working in the Real Estate industry . Experience handling at least one complete ERP implementation cycle. Exposure to cross-functional business teams and enterprise applications. Strong project management and business analysis capabilities. Preferred Candidate Background Candidates from Real Estate companies with experience in ERP implementation, ERP support, ERP project management, or ERP functional consulting are highly preferred.
