ServiceNow ITAM (HAM & SAM) Implementation

Role Overview: As a ServiceNow ITAM (HAM & SAM) Implementation specialist with 3+ years of experience, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring ServiceNow ITAM solutions, focusing on HAM and SAM modules. Your role will involve working on end-to-end asset lifecycle management processes, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, developing integrations with third-party tools, customizing workflows and forms, managing hardware and software asset tracking, ensuring license compliance, performing testing activities, and providing post-implementation support. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and configure ServiceNow ITAM solutions, including HAM and SAM modules. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools/applications. - Customize workflows, forms, business rules, and reports as per business needs. - Manage hardware and software asset tracking, compliance, and optimization processes. - Ensure software license compliance and governance. - Perform unit testing, system testing, and support UAT activities. - Troubleshoot issues and provide post-implementation support. Qualifications Required: - Strong experience in ServiceNow ITAM implementation. - Hands-on experience in HAM (Hardware Asset Management) and SAM (Software Asset Management) modules. - Experience in ServiceNow platform customization and integrations. - Good understanding of CMDB and ITSM processes. - Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, workflows, REST APIs, and integrations. - Understanding of CMDB, Discovery, and ServiceNow best practices. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
