ServiceNow Tester

As a skilled ServiceNow Tester with 36 years of experience, your role will involve testing ServiceNow applications and integrations. You should have hands-on experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD), API Testing, End-to-End (E2E) Integration Testing, and basic test automation. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute test cases for ServiceNow applications and modules. Work closely with developers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables. Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing. Validate ServiceNow workflows, configurations, customizations, and integrations. Execute API testing using tools such as Postman, SOAP UI, or similar tools. Perform End-to-End (E2E) integration testing across multiple systems and applications. Follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices and contribute to quality assurance throughout the development lifecycle. Develop and maintain basic automation test scripts to improve testing efficiency. Identify, log, track, and verify defects through resolution. Participate in test planning, test execution, and test reporting activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Qualification Required: 36 years of experience in Software Testing with ServiceNow applications. Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and modules.
