About the role
Feature Design & Implementation: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to define, design, and ship new features that enhance the user experience and meet educational goals. - Code Reviews & Collaboration: Participate in code reviews, offering and receiving constructive feedback to ensure code quality and consistency across projects. Work closely with other developers to foster a cooperative development environment. Required Qualifications - Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. - Version Control & Collaboration: Experience with code versioning tools such as Git, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. - Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work well within cross-functional teams.
