Role Description The Senior Software Engineer Technical Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end design and development of complex software solutions, with a focus on robust back-end systems and scalable architectures for AI-driven applications. The Technical Lead will guide a team of engineers, review and optimize code, enforce coding standards, and ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with business requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include hands-on programming, conducting technical design reviews, mentoring team members, collaborating with product and project stakeholders, and driving best practices in performance, security, and reliability. The role also involves troubleshooting critical issues, contributing to technical roadmap decisions, and continuously improving engineering processes and tools. Qualifications Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software architecture. Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, with experience building scalable, secure, and high-performance services. Advanced Programming skills and deep knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns. Proven experience leading engineering teams, conducting code reviews, and mentoring developers in a technical lead capacity. Experience Hands-on experience with modern frameworks, APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or similar). Familiarity with AI/ML-driven systems, data-intensive applications, or distributed systems is highly beneficial. Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and the capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field, or equivalent practical experience. .
