QA Analyst- Inspection POD (Kochi)

Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled QA Functional Engineer to support a product delivery POD. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in functional testing, both manual and automated, with a focus on quality assurance best practices across mobile and web platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and support QA efforts within the team and offshore group. - Prepare and maintain test plans, test cases/scripts, and test reports. - Execute manual and automated tests; log, track, and close defects. - Perform exploratory and regression testing. - Validate UI and UX responsiveness across multiple devices and screen sizes (iOS and Android). - Conduct visual regression testing and perform testing on emulators, simulators, and real devices. - Manage test data effectively to support quality test cycles. - Collaborate with developers, product owners, and testers in an Agile team environment. - Support Test Automation Engineer in continuous test automation efforts. - Contribute to QA process improvements and chapter-wide innovation initiatives. - Ensure testing aligns with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Bitbucket or Azure DevOps. Required Experience & Technical Skills: - 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance - Experience with test automation for mobile applications using Selenium (Java), Maven, Appium - Hands-on experience in API testing and database validation - Familiarity with tools: qTest, JIRA, Confluence, Kafka - Experience in Microsoft Azure cloud workplace - Working knowledge of Agile methodology and QA best practices - Experience with CI/CD tools (Bitbucket, Azure DevOps preferred) - Strong understanding of QA processes, testing methodologies, and defect lifecycle Key Attributes & Soft Skills: - Strong communication skills (written and verbal) - Highly analytical and detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities - Proactive self-learner with a collaborative mindset - Proven ability to work in cross-functional Agile teams - E .
