We are seeking an experienced SAP HR - ABAP Professional to join our team The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP HR module and ABAP programming language As an SAP HR - ABAP Professional, you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting SAP HR applications using ABAP programming language You will collaborate with functional consultants and end-users to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Your expertise in SAP HR and ABAP will be crucial in optimizing our HR processes and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules Responsibilities: SAP HR Development: Design, develop, and maintain SAP HR applications using ABAP programming language, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and reliability Customization: Customize SAP HR modules to meet business requirements Develop custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms (BADI, BAPI, User Exits, etc) as needed Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP HR and other SAP modules, as well as third-party applications Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize existing SAP HR processes and applications Propose and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience Debugging and Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve issues related to SAP HR applications Debug and troubleshoot ABAP programs to identify and fix errors Documentation: Document technical specifications, test plans, and development activities Maintain comprehensive documentation for all SAP HR - ABAP developments Collaboration: Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and end-users to understand business requirements and provide technical expertise Upgrades and Maintenance: Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and releases Assist in SAP system upgrades, patches, and regular system maintenance activities Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users as needed Address user queries and issues related to SAP HR applications
