As an MEP Manager at Digital Edge, you will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities related to design coordination, schedule management, construction methodology, quality assurance, EHS, testing, and commissioning for all MEPF services. This role will be based at the site in Navi Mumbai. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the Single point of contact (SPOC) for MEPF works, managing coordination, quality, and safety execution on-site from commencement to completion of IST testing. - Serve as a technical specialist and liaison between design/consultants, contractors, vendors, and T&C consultants. - Take accountability for timelines and schedule management, ensuring resource deployment, material coordination, and sequence of construction are managed effectively to achieve construction outcomes safely and within defined timeframes. - Provide timely site certifications for all MEPF activities, including QA/QC checks, install quantification vetting, install methodology review, and best practice demonstration. - Coordinate effectively between agencies, suppliers, contractors, subcontractors to ensure well-ordered installation and sequence of activities. - Review and provide feedback on mockups, samples, work/method statements, safety plans, work permits, and risk mitigation plans for MEP equipment installations. - Oversee commissioning of electrical and mechanical equipment, review testing & commissioning results, and certify compliance. - Certify running bills and installation compliance with defined quality standards. - Implement the organization's policies on health & safety, environment, energy, quality, information security, and business continuity, ensuring adherence to incident reporting, legal, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Required: - Electrical or Mechanical Engineering/Diploma graduate with a minimum of 5 to 15 years of onsite experience in installation, testing, and commissioning of MEPF works. - Minimum of 5 years of onsite experience in overseeing MEPF activities for a data center is essential. - Good knowledge of the latest requirements of data center/hyperscale standards and experience in executing hyperscale data centers. - Experience in end-to-end design coordination for liquid cooling implementation at the building level. - Hands-on experience in leading the installation of LC piping network and CDUs at site, commissioning, and supporting operational readiness of LC system. - Previous work on the installation of Liquid cooling systems and racks of capacity 100KW and more in data centers. - Strong spoken and written communication skills are essential.
